As Vice President, Human Resources, Dharani has global responsibility for the acquisition, development and engagement of the diverse talent needed to support DataCue’s business strategies and objectives. Since joining the company in 2017, she has worked to drive the core principles of DataCue Technologies into every part of the organization, with a particular focus on developing leaders. She plans and coordinates organization’s workforce to use best of their talents for self, organizational and customer’s growth and success. She maintains and scores for work life balance of each individual in the organization.
